These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CleanSwipe ("the App"), developed by Danjel Durmo ("the Developer"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
CleanSwipe helps you review and clean your photo library and contacts: swipe-based photo review, duplicate detection, screenshot and large-video cleanup, video compression, Live Photo conversion, and address-book cleanup. All processing happens on your device.
The App never deletes anything on its own. Every deletion or modification you request is confirmed through the standard iOS system dialog before it happens. Photos deleted through the App go to the iOS "Recently Deleted" album, where they can be recovered for up to 30 days. You are responsible for reviewing what you choose to delete; the Developer is not liable for content you remove.
Some features require CleanSwipe Pro, available as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, with a free trial where offered, or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law or Apple's standard EULA.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of the Developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the App other than the personal, non-transferable license to use it on Apple devices you own or control.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Estimates shown in the App (such as reclaimable space or compression savings) are approximations and may differ from actual results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data you chose to delete.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
